Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) is a type of pain relief therapy. It uses a low-voltage electrical current to block pain or change your perception of it. A TENS unit is a battery-powered device with electrodes that deliver electrical impulses through the surface of your skin. We place the electrodes at or near trigger points (muscle knots) or affected nerves. TENS therapy works well for a lot of people and most experts believe the electrical current helps release pain-reducing chemicals that your own body produces.

Dry Needling
Dry needling is a technique that physical therapists and other trained healthcare providers use to treat musculoskeletal pain and movement issues. It’s almost always used as part of a larger pain management plan that could include exercise, stretching, massage and other techniques. During this treatment, a provider inserts thin, sharp needles through your skin to treat underlying myofascial trigger points.

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR)
Blood flow restriction (BFR) training induces a hypoxic environment within a muscle group, initiating a metabolic cascade that stimulates muscle protein synthesis, altered gene regulation of muscle satellite cells, and increased muscle fiber recruitment, ultimately resulting in improved strength and endurance.

TPI Screening
The TPI Screen examines human movement and how your movement restrictions are affecting your golf swing . It focuses on the movement, strength, and flexibility of the human body in relation to striking a golf ball. This is critical, as a golf swing is a dynamic and engaging movement, stability and body posture in motion which doesn’t always come natural to human beings.
