Group Classes

Our group Pilates classes offer a supportive, energizing environment where you can build strength, improve flexibility, and move with confidence. Led by expert instructors, each class is thoughtfully designed to deliver a balanced, full-body workout while maintaining proper alignment and control.

With small class sizes (4-6 students) and personalized guidance, group classes provide the motivation of a shared experience without sacrificing individual attention. Suitable for a range of levels, these classes leave you feeling stronger, longer, and more connected to your body.

Private and Duet Lessons

If you’re new to Pilates or looking for something completely integrated and tailored to your specific needs, private or duet Pilates sessions might be the right step for you. Work one on one with one of our certified instructors or book a duet lesson with a friend, partner, or loved one.
